Full Moon Sound Bath & Cacao Ceremony

Cristina, qualified sound therapist & Gemma, Divine feminine teacher are coming together to create a space of healing and transformation for you. 

Cacao is an ancient Sacred plant medicine which we will open up with to connect us into our hearts. Gemma will share more about the miracles of this gentle heart opener on the evening and then take you through some beautiful stretches to prepare you for the Sound healing with Cristina.

Receiving a sound bath enables you to experience a deep state of relaxation and brings your mind and body to their natural state of peace and harmony.

As the sounds & vibrations from the gong and crystal bowls enter the body, they eliminate layers of traumas, blocked energy and your body is being brought back into balance and harmony.

Cacao included! 

Please bring with you a yoga mat to lie down on and a blanket or duvet to cover yourself with. Some people prefer to have a pillow or eye mask as well. Please bring whatever keeps you comfy and cosy.
