Join us for an immersive 8-week online program designed to cleanse, balance, and harmonize your energy centers.

Weekly Sessions:

Each week, we offer two transformative sessions to guide you on your path to chakra purification:

1. Theta Healing Session (Mondays) Dive deep into the realms of the subconscious mind with Cristina Patel. Through the power of Divine Source and Theta brainwaves, Cristina will guide you weekly to release the limiting beliefs, traumas, and energetic blockages stored within your chakras, enabling profound healing and transformation.
2. Breathwork Session (Wednesdays) Join Joe Sharp for a breathwork journey which will move the energy through your body and activate the flow of life force energy within you. Through conscious breathing, Joe will guide you to release stress, tension, and stagnant energy, allowing you to access higher states of awareness and unlock the full potential of your chakra system.

Overall, you will receive 16 sessions to unlock, harmonise and balance your chakras.

Prepare for Kundalini Awakening

This programme aims to lay a strong foundation for the safe and harmonious awakening of Kundalini energy later this year by purifying and balancing your chakras.

Wed @ 8pm - Breathwork(1 hour)
