Family Sound Bath & Cacao Ceremony

A sound bath for parents and children is an ideal way to slow the pace of a busy lifestyle and experience the calming effects of sound healing together. This unique experience is designed to provide a safe and nurturing environment for parents and children to practice mindfulness together.

Children are particularly receptive to the sound vibrations, allowing them to soothe their minds and bodies.

What to expect

We will start the session with a shake off to some fun music to enable the children to release what's been stored in their bodies. We will then be serving a ceremonial grade cacao prepared as hot chocolate for the young ones, to further support relaxing together and open up our hearts to receive the vibrations of the soundbath.
