Folkestone | Sound Bath & Cacao Ceremony

Cristina, qualified sound therapist & Gemma, Divine feminine teacher are coming together to hold space for healing through cacao, meditation and sound.

Cacao is an ancient Sacred plant medicine which we will open up with to connect us into our hearts. Gemma will share more about the miracles of this gentle heart opener on the evening and then take you through some beautiful stretches to prepare you for the Sound healing with Cristina.

Receiving a sound bath enables you to experience a deep state of relaxation and brings your mind and body to their natural state of peace and harmony.

Each crystal bowl corresponds to a chakra in the body and each chakra is a major energetic centre. If these energetic centres are out of balance, stress, discomfort and illness can result.

In the session, as each sound & vibration penetrate the body, they eliminate layers of traumas, blocked energy and through the sound emitted by each crystal bowl, the energy of our body is being brought back into harmony.
