One Day Forest Retreat - July

Calling All Nature Lovers! Join Us for a Tranquil Forest Retreat! 

🌿 Fire Gathering: Reflection, and Connection: As the bonfire crackles, we will come together in a circle, sharing our intentions for the day. Allow the warmth and transformative energy of the fire to facilitate the release of emotional burdens, old wound, and anything that no longer serves you. ✨

🌿 We will then carry on with a Cacao Ceremony: This ancient tradition that honors the spirit of the cacao plant, known for its heart-opening properties. Through the ceremonial process, cacao supports healing, introspection, and emotional release. Cacao stimulates the release of feel-good hormones, allowing you to experience a deeper sense of love and connection. 

🌿 An embodiment session will follow, where Gemma will lovingly guide you through body movement exercises to shift the denser, stagnant energy out of your energy fields so we can embody the frequency of abundance.

Your body is your vessel, your channel, your home and it stores all that you have gone through. It is SO important to consciously give the body the opportunity to catch up with the changes we are mentally, spiritually and emotionally making.

🌿 A Vegan lunch & a forest walk will follow to nourish our bodies and enjoy the gift of the forest.

🌿 We will complete the day with a Forest Sound Bath: A Forest Gong Bath is a deeply immersive and meditative experience where the resonant vibrations of the gong wash over you, creating a symphony of sounds in harmony with nature. As you lay down in nature's embrace, the reverberations of the gong will guide you into a state of deep relaxation, expanded awareness, and inner peace.🧘‍♀️🎵
