In order to gain the most from your session(s), please read and sign the agreement below. Please get in touch if you are unclear of any of the provisions.

 

This agreement is entered into on date of filling in the form by Awaken With Me Ltd and yourself.

 

In consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements contained herein, the above mentioned parties agree as follows:

 

 

1. Outline of agreement

 

1.1  Awaken With Me Ltd agrees to provide the session/package that you have chosen through this form.

 

1.2 The session will include the use of ThetaHealing®, which is a meditational modality.

 

1.3 You must be at least 18 years old to purchase any of the services provided by Awaken With Me Ltd.

 

1.4 Your package is valid for 6 months from the date of this agreement.

 

1.5 You agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement.

 

2. What to expect during a ThetaHealing® Session

 

2.1 The practitioner will start the session by asking for your permission to connect to your energy. The practitioner will begin with a specific area that you would like to work on.

 

2.2 The session will include the use of intuitive scanning and belief work. You will be asked for your permission for all belief changes that are carried out and nothing will be changed without your permission.

 

2.3 Meditational techniques have been used to support a variety of physical and emotional

issues. The experience is unique for every individual and the time that it takes to see results can vary.

 

2.4 Please note that you may continue to feel shifts of energy for a number of days after your session. The experience is different for each individual and we suggest that you maintain a good self-care routine following the session.

 

2.5 The practitioner may use essential oils and incense sticks during the session. You must let the practitioner know if you are sensitive or allergic to certain oils or fragrances.

 

2.6 Any information provided by the practitioner is for guidance purposes only and must not be taken as advice or a guarantee of any outcome.

 

3. Payment

 

3.1 In exchange for the service, you agree to pay the price as stated at the time of booking. Awaken With Me may offer pro bono sessions / programmes, in which case there is no payment due.

 

3.2 The total amount is due no later than 7 days before the date of your first session. Your session/package may be canceled if you do not make payment within the specified time.

 

3.3 You are responsible for the total fee as stated at the time of booking, regardless of whether or not you attend all the sessions (subject to clause 4.2 of this agreement).

 

3.4 You authorise Awaken With Me Ltd to process payment by way of credit card, bank transfer, PayPal, Sumup or cash payment.

 

3.5 Payment plans may be arranged at the discretion of Awaken With Me Ltd. If we agree to payment by way of a payment plan, a supplementary admin fee will be charged.

 

3.6 If you fail to make any of the payments on the date due, you will be invoiced for the whole of the outstanding balance.

 

 

4. Cancellation/requests to reschedule

 

4.1 If you wish to cancel your session/package, you can do this by emailing us at  cristina@awakenwithme.co.uk or via the contact form on our website.

 

4.2 If you cancel with at least 14 days notice prior to the session, you will be given the option to reschedule your session or to receive a refund. If we have incurred any reasonable costs, the money already paid may not be refundable.

 

4.3 If you cancel with less than 14 days notice any money you have paid will not be refundable.

 

4.4 Any requests to reschedule a session must be made with at least 48 hours notice. You will forfeit any session if you fail to notify us of your request to reschedule within 48 hours of your agreed session and you will not be entitled to a refund.

 

4.5 It is important that you arrive on time for your session as you may not receive the full time allocated if you are late.

 

4.6 If due to exceptional circumstances, your practitioner needs to cancel a session, you will be notified as soon as possible and an alternative date will be provided. If you are unable to attend any of the alternative dates provided then you will be entitled to a refund.

 

5. Results and guarantees

 

5.1 Awaken With Me Ltd does not guarantee any results or make any health claims.

 

5.2 Although ThetaHealing® has great benefits, results are dependant on a number of factors including, but not limited to your commitment to the session, participation and existing health conditions.

 

5.3 Testimonials and examples provided are not intended to represent or guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar results.

 

5.4 Awaken With Me Ltd does not provide medical, legal, investment or business advice. All opinions are provided for your consideration and should not be solely relied upon. It is your responsibility to obtain professional advice.

 

6. Health

 

6.1 In order to experience the full benefits of the session, you must not drink alcohol or consume any illegal drugs for at least 24 hours before or during the session. You will forfeit any session if you are under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs when you arrive for your session.

 

6.2 Awaken With Me Ltd does not claim to heal, treat or cure any health conditions and you must continue to take any prescribed medication throughout the entire duration of the session.

 

6.3 You must inform us of any health conditions you have which may impact on your ability to participate in the session.

 

6.4 Clothing must be worn at all times during the session.

 

6.5 During the session the practitioner may place their hands on appropriate parts of the body. If you are not comfortable with this then you must advise the practitioner at the start of the session.

 

6.6 The exercises included as part of your session may involve the use of gentle breathing.

 

6.7 It is your responsibility to advise the practitioner prior to the start of the session of any injuries or health conditions you have which may impact on your ability to participate in the session.

 

6.8 In order to experience the full benefits of the sessions you understand that you must communicate honestly and be open to receiving feedback.

 

 

7. Off-site sessions

 

7.1 There may be occasions where an off-site session is agreed by you and the practitioner at an alternative location. Please note that you may be charged an additional fee to cover room hire and travel costs.

 

7.2 You will be responsible for all travel and subsistence costs as these are not included in the fee.

 

8. Photography

 

8.1 Awaken with me Ltd may use photographs including images of you, both internally and externally to promote our services.

 

8.2 These images may be used in print and digital media formats, including print publications, website, e-marketing, posters, banners, advertising, film, social media, and teaching purposes.

 

8.3 You have the right to request to see a copy of the information we hold about you and to request corrections or deletions of the information that is no longer required.

 

8.4 You can ask Awaken with me Ltd to stop using your images at any time, in which case it will not be used in future publications, but may continue to appear in publications already in circulation.

 

 

9. Force Majeure

 

9.1 If, as a result of an act of God, force majeure, public emergency, restriction imposed by law or for any other cause beyond our reasonable control, we are unable to provide services to you, we shall not be in breach of this agreement but shall be authorised to substitute a reasonably satisfactory date and time to provide services.

 

9.2 If no such time is available, the remainder of the fees due for any service(s) that have not yet been provided will be waived.

 

9.3 We shall not be liable for inability to provide services or fulfil the agreement in those circumstances.

 

10. Termination

 

10.1 Awaken With Me Ltd reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any point if we feel that you are being disruptive, are acting in breach of the law, or are in violation of this agreement. All fees will become payable by you upon termination of this agreement.

 

 

11. Confidentiality

 

11.1 Awaken With Me Ltd is committed to complying with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018, and is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office.

 

11.2 Confidential information refers to any data or information relating to you, whether business or personal:

 

            - which would reasonably be considered to be private or proprietary to you;

 

            - that is not generally known, and;

 

            - where the release of that confidential information could reasonably be expected to cause       harm to you.

 

11.3 Awaken With Me Ltd  will not disclose, divulge, reveal, report or use, for any purpose, any confidential information which we have obtained, except for the purpose of exercising or performing the rights and obligations under or in connection with this agreement or as required by law. This includes where there is a threat to life or contemplation of a criminal act.

 

11.4 All written and oral information and material disclosed or provided by you to us under this agreement is confidential information regardless of whether it was provided before or after the date of this agreement or how it was provided to us.

 

 

12. Complaints

 

12.1 We are committed to providing the best service possible. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the service, please contact us at cristina@awakenwithme.co.uk

 

12.2 We will look into your complaint and where you have a genuine concern, we will endeavour to resolve the issue.

 

13. Governing Law

 

13.1 This Agreement shall be interpreted, construed and enforced in accordance with English law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

 

14. Entire Agreement

 

14.1 This Agreement is the entire agreement and understanding between Awaken With Me Ltd and you and supersedes any prior agreement or understanding whether oral or written relating to this Agreement.
