All Sales Are Final
Due to the digital nature of this event, all ticket purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please note, this does not affect your statutory consumer rights under UK or EU law. In the unlikely event the event is cancelled and not rescheduled, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Replay Access
If you are unable to attend the live session, a replay will be made available to all registered participants shortly after the event. Replay access will be available for 7 days from the time it is sent via email to the address provided at registration. You will receive access via this registered email only. The replay is provided exclusively for your personal use and may not be recorded, reproduced, shared, or distributed in any form.

Use and Ownership of Recording
All content and recordings remain the sole property of Awaken With Me. The recordings are provided solely to registered participants for personal use. Any unauthorized recording, reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of the event content is strictly prohibited and may result in removal of access without refund and legal action.

One Ticket Per Participant
Each ticket grants access to one participant only. Sharing of event access links, passwords, or replay content with anyone who has not registered is prohibited.

Technical Requirements
Participants are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection and a compatible device (e.g., computer, tablet, smartphone) capable of accessing the event platform (such as Zoom or similar). Technical issues on the participant’s side, including connectivity problems or device incompatibility, do not qualify for refunds or rescheduling.

Event Changes
In the rare event the session is rescheduled, all ticket holders will be notified promptly via email. Your ticket will remain valid for the new date and time. If the event is cancelled entirely and not rescheduled, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

 

Data Privacy
By registering for this event and accessing the replay, you consent to Awaken With Me collecting and using your personal data (such as your name and email) solely for the purpose of event communication and providing access to the live session and replay. Your data will be stored securely and not shared with third parties without your explicit consent. Data will be retained only as long as necessary to facilitate event participation and replay access. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at cristina@awakenwithme.uk.

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to all the terms outlined in this policy.

Governing Law
This policy and any disputes arising from it or the event shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
